StoryWalk at MLK Library

by dbs | May 24, 2021 | MLK-Library-Friends

Enjoy a story and take a walk with us as MLK Library welcomes summer early with the Library’s first StoryWalk. The first StoryWalk book is “I Have a Dream” written by Martin Luther King, Jr., paintings by Kadir Nelson.

A StoryWalk® is a deconstructed picture book with pages posted along a walking path. It is a way to enjoy reading and the outdoors at the same time. Thank you to the MLK Library Friends and the DC Public Library Foundation for sponsoring this walking and reading adventure.
