MLK Library Friends!
I am pleased to announce the Friends will be having our first member meeting of 2022 Tuesday January 4 at 6:30 pm on Zoom. I hope you can attend (virtually).
We’ll be reporting on this fall’s grand reopening and book sale, hearing from an MLK Librarian, and discussing future plans. As a special treat, we’ll be airing Library Reimagined: A Tour in Dance, the video made by the Friends to commemorate the reopening of our grand central library. This video has gotten some pretty terrific reviews.
In a day or two, I’ll be sending a separate email about proposed minor bylaws changes to correct some inconsistencies in the text.
I’ll also send you the meeting’s zoom link and a proposed agenda a day or two before the meeting. If you have questions or agenda items, feel free to contact me.
