MLK Friends Members:
The Board would like to make two changes to the current bylaws. Each would eliminate an inconsistency in the document, which occurred when the bylaws were amended in 2014.
Attached is a document with the two proposed changes. Also attached are the bylaws as they currently stand.
I hope you will attend our member meeting January 4 at 7 pm and vote for these changes.
