If you’re looking for a place where you can curl up with a book and also scream on a dance floor, it does exist. This summer, look no further than the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Library for that experience.

The MLK library is hosting multiple free concerts on its rooftop garden featuring local music groups throughout the summer. There’s Go-Go on the Rooftop, a concert series this June in celebration of Black Music Month. The series will take place on every Sunday of the month, opening with Sirius Company, followed by Rare Essence and Black Alley, and closing with Crank Caviar.
